1. Service Description
BuildMyBudget is a personal finance management tool that helps you track spending, set budgets, and understand your finances through AI-powered categorisation and insights.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person per account.
3. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required. After the trial, a paid subscription is required for full access. Your data remains available in read-only mode.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial billing periods.
5. Your Data
You own your data. We provide tools to export and delete your data at any time. We will never sell your financial data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
6. Acceptable Use
BuildMyBudget is for personal financial management. Do not use the service for illegal activities, to store data on behalf of others without consent, or to attempt to access other users' data.
